Should we be entering the details of patients who are managed by outreach/anaesthetics who are then transferred to another hospital?
Yes please! Please enter these patients into (SPOT)light. You will need to make a note in the free text box that the critical care admission has been outside of your hospital. If possible ask the other unit for the CMP number to help us with tracing that patient.
